Role overview
Lead a well-established ladies’ salon in Sharjah and drive its next phase of growth.
The role carries responsibility for revenue growth, operations, team leadership, client conversion, treatment launches, suppliers, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Own monthly revenue targets, profitability, and commercial performance; lead and develop a team of 21 or more professionals.
- Improve client conversion, rebooking, average bill value, and retail sales; launch and commercially develop new treatments.
- Manage equipment selection, pricing, treatment economics, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee operations, staffing, stock, SOPs, CRM, POS, and performance reporting; coordinate with marketing agencies to convert enquiries into revenue.
- Manage UAE licensing, compliance, staff certifications, and inspection readiness; build memberships, packages, treatment programmes, and new revenue streams.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of management experience in salon, spa, medispa, aesthetic, or beauty operations, including at least 2 years of UAE/GCC experience.
- Proven revenue-target and treatment/device-launch experience; knowledge of salon/spa operations, P&L, treatment margins, and costs.
- Experience managing 15 or more frontline employees and working knowledge of UAE beauty/aesthetic licensing.
- Strong recruitment, training, sales, and performance-management skills; excellent English communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience with booking, POS, and CRM systems.

Compensation
- Fixed salary is AED 10,000–12,000 per month; performance bonus is AED 2,000–8,000 per month.
- On-target earnings are AED 12,000–20,000 per month.
Workplace

Preferred qualifications
- CIDESCO, ITEC, NVQ, or equivalent; UAE driving licence; UAE salon/clinic licensing experience; Sharjah/Northern Emirates experience.
- Arabic or Hindi/Urdu language skills are preferred.
