• he General Manager will be the founding architect of IMMUNE's Saudi Arabia chapter - a transformational role at the intersection of education, technology, and nation-building.
• Our successful candidate will be the foundational leader for IMMUNE in the Kingdom.
• You will have full P&L ownership and high autonomy, reporting directly to the IMMUNE Saudi Board.
• **Strategic Leadership:**
• Define and execute the 3 year strategic roadmap for IMMUNE Riyadh, aligning with Vision 2030 and positioning the institute as the preferred tech talent partner for KSA's leading organizations (Aramco, STC, NEOM, PIF, etc.).
• **Government & Regulatory:**
• Act as IMMUNE's primary representative to all government bodies.
• You will personally own the end-to-end TVTC process, from initial campus licensing to program accreditation and ongoing compliance.
• This is a mission-critical responsibility.
• **Team Building & Saudization:**
• Lead, hire, train, and inspire a top-talented executive team (CAO, Heads of Sales, Marketing, Ops) .
• You will drive a high-performance culture that achieves and exceeds 50%+ Saudization goals.
• **Commercial & P&L Ownership:**
• Hold full responsibility for the P&L, achieving ambitious revenue targets and EBITDA margin goals.
• **Business Development**
• : Personally lead the B2B and B2G strategy, closing
• strategic training partnerships with major Saudi corporations and public sector entities (HRDF, MCIT).
• Overseeing the B2C strategy and execution.
• **Campus & Academic Operations:**
• Oversee the complete establishment of the 1.000m² Riyadh campus, including specialized tech labs (Cloud, Cyber, Data) , and ensure the adapted curriculum achieves an 85%+ graduate employment rate.

You Are Good At

• : Proven experience building and scaling an organization from 0 to X.
• You are a resilient problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity.
• **Regulatory Navigation**
• : Experience working directly with Saudi government entities (TVTC, MHRSD, MISA).
• You can interpret complex regulations and implement compliant operations.
• **Stakeholder Management & Relationship Building:**
• Deep cultural intelligence and the ability to build trust with high-level Saudi stakeholders (government, C-suite).
• You understand Saudi business culture (Wasta, hierarchy).
• Deep understanding of Saudi business etiquette, protocol, and high-level networking.
• **Cultural Ambassadorship:**
• Ability to translate European tech-culture into the Saudi context without losing the essence of the IMMUNE DNA.

P&L Management

• Full P&L ownership experience, including revenue forecasting, cost control, and budget planning.
• You understand Saudi financial systems (VAT, ZATCA).
• **People Leadership & Saudization:**
• A track record of hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams in the competitive Saudi market.
• You are an expert in recruiting and promoting teams.
• **Matrix Management:**
• Operating effectively with dual reporting lines, balancing local autonomy in Riyadh with strategic alignment to a European HQ.

You Bring

• **Education & Qualifications**
• Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, CS, Business, or related field).
• Master's degree (MBA, M.Eng, M.Ed) is strongly preferred.
• 12-15+ years of professional experience, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership role (GM, Country Director, or equivalent).
• **Professional Skills & KSA Expertise**
• **Non-Negotiable:**
• A minimum of 5+ years living and working in Saudi Arabia (recent experience strongly preferred).
• **Non-Negotiable:**
• Full bilingual fluency in Arabic (native/near-native) and English (professional), both written and spoken.
• Other languages valuable.
• **Proven industry experience in one or more**
• : Education/EdTech, Technology, Professional Services, or a high-growth startup environment .
• Deep understanding of Saudi labor law, Saudization policies (Nitaqat), and regulatory compliance. (Direct TVTC knowledge is highly valued ).
• Strong financial acumen and data-driven decision-making skills.
