General Manager - Regent Jeddah Corniche

This is a rare opportunity to lead the pre-opening, opening and long-term success of Regent Jeddah, one of the most anticipated luxury hotel developments in the Kingdom. Situated on the iconic Jeddah Waterfront along the Red Sea, the hotel is set to establish a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Saudi Arabia.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the vision, culture, guest experience and commercial success of the hotel from its earliest stages through to opening and beyond. Working in close partnership with ownership, IHG's luxury leadership team and key stakeholders, you will bring this landmark project to life while positioning Regent Jeddah as a flagship destination within the region. This hotel is scheduled to open in late 2027.

Proven General Manager experience within internationally recognised luxury or ultra-luxury hotel brands.

Significant pre-opening and hotel opening leadership experience.

Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven track record of delivering sustainable business performance and owner value.

Experience working closely with owners, investors and owner representatives.

Demonstrated success building, leading and developing high-performing teams.

Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and evolving guest expectations.

Experience operating within the Middle East region preferred.

Fluent English essential; Arabic language skills advantageous but not required.
