  • Education: Education beyond high school including special training, vocational school, and/or college courses, or equivalent experience. Preferred

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel who perform somewhat identical and related tasks or activities.

  • 3 years of rendering experience; 3 plus years general knowledge of production techniques, procedures, product yields and quality, and USDA, FSMA and OSHA regulations. Processing management experience preferred.
