Opportunities

General Manager duties

• Oversee business and operational performance and implement plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead department managers; monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, and KPIs.
• Ensure policy and UAE regulatory compliance; improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Manage staffing, workforce planning, and employee development; report operations to senior management.

Outlet Manager duties

• Manage daily outlet operations and service delivery; supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
• Monitor sales, inventory, stock, and expenses; maintain service quality, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and safety.
• Resolve customer complaints and operational issues, train and motivate staff, and prepare sales reports.

Shift Supervisor duties

• Supervise shift activities, allocate duties, coordinate staff, and monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Ensure procedures and service standards are followed; assist with opening and closing where required.
• Handle routine customer concerns, escalate complex issues, monitor stock and equipment, maintain cleanliness, and report shift issues.

Candidate profile

• Strong leadership, communication, teamwork, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment, provide customer service, motivate teams, and manage competing priorities.
• Understand operational procedures and performance standards; have basic computer skills and Microsoft Office familiarity.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, food and beverage, or related industries is an advantage.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred for senior positions.

Qualifications

• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, operations management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Relevant professional training or management certifications are beneficial.
• Previous operations, outlet management, team supervision, or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Inventory control, sales reporting, staff scheduling, operational management, and UAE employment or health and safety knowledge are beneficial or advantageous.
