Part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with some flexibility to work from home.

Oversees day-to-day operations of assigned outlets or activities.

Schedule shifts, coordinate staff, and support smooth execution of events and services.
Manage customer and stakeholder interactions; monitor performance and improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Supervise team members, handle basic administrative tasks, and support marketing and promotional efforts.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, report to leadership, and collaborate with student teams and partners.

Strong leadership, team-supervision, organizational, and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of marketing and digital communication; interest in digital marketing and event promotion.
Effective verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Prior retail, hospitality, student-organization, or supervisory experience is advantageous.
Business, management, marketing, or related studies are preferred but not mandatory.
Comfort working in a hybrid setup and reliability in both on-site and remote environments.
