The role works with founders and client stakeholders on positioning, narratives, and significant creative and business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Guide multidisciplinary teams and set project priorities, timelines, and quality standards.
- Oversee key accounts, review creative work, optimize processes, and manage budgets and resources.
- Mentor team members, build client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and foster rigor and experimentation.
Qualifications
- Strategic leadership experience across brand, creative, or digital studios; ability to translate market and cultural insights into positioning.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, including mentoring, feedback, and performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Project and operational management skills, including resource planning, workflow design, budgeting, and timely delivery.
- Background in brand strategy, creative direction, design systems, or content-driven products; video or digital storytelling experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional regional client languages are beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Creative studio, agency, or product-team scaling experience is strongly preferred.
- Willingness and eligibility to work full time on-site in Ahmedabad.
