Description
As a General Manager at Twistee Treat you would be responsible for providing leadership to your team.

TRED is defined:
TRAINING – Every coach never stops training.
They look at the end goal and work diligently daily to move the behaviors of their team to get them to the goal.
RECOGNITION – Everyone loves to be recognized.
Recognition reinforces great behaviors.
Noticing great behaviors is harder to do consistently than only pointing out what they do wrong.
The PIN program works great for this.
Praise in Public, Coach in the closet.
EDUCATION - Learning should never stop.
What we learn from our guests, employees, and leaders makes our company strong.
A great listener is usually the smartest person in the room.
DEVELOPMENT – Molding a team member to be their best requires constant feedback.
Everyone want to know how they are doing, both positively and negatively. 5 minute feedback is a tool to give direction and development.
