Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role based in Dubai.

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all departments function efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities

include developing and executing business plans, managing budgets and financial performance, and driving revenue growth.

The role involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, setting clear performance objectives, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The General Manager will work closely with senior leadership and key clients, supporting business development, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Additional tasks include monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong business acumen, including strategic planning, budgeting, financial oversight, and performance management.
  • Background in marketing, advertising, or related commercial roles, with the ability to translate client objectives into operational actions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience building and maintaining client and partner relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
  • Experience in the UAE or GCC region and familiarity with local business practices and regulations are preferred.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and deliver under tight timelines.
