Ex Alumnos EBC is hiring a General Manager to oversee business operations, strategic growth, organizational performance, and team leadership.
The role leads business functions and works with senior leadership, clients, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead day-to-day operations across key business functions.
- Set and monitor revenue, profitability, operational, and performance targets.
- Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and financial performance.
- Lead and develop cross-functional management teams.
- Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior leadership.
- Manage operational risks and improve processes, efficiency, customer experience, and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Represent the organization in meetings, negotiations, and business events.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related discipline is required.
- Eight or more years of professional experience, including significant senior management responsibility, is required.
- Experience managing operations, teams, budgets, and performance targets is required.
- Strong commercial awareness, strategic decision-making, financial analysis, leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
- The ability to manage multiple departments and competing priorities is required.
- Understanding of the Dubai and UAE business environment is advantageous.
- An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.
