Role overview

Responsibilities

• Increase sales through simulator bookings, food and drinks, and golf leagues.
• Hire, train, and coach the team; monitor performance and daily business needs.
• Manage leagues, bookings, events, maintenance, food and drink service, and staff schedules.
• Own guest experience and ensure excellent service.
• Learn venue products and services to make sales and recommendations.
• Manage the location’s profit-and-loss budget, staffing, and other costs.
• Build community relationships and customer loyalty through local marketing and outreach.
• Work toward business goals, communicate needs to head office, and ensure legal and health-and-safety compliance.

Requirements

• Live in Qatar or have at least three years of Qatar work experience.
• At least five years of hospitality management, including three recent years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, time-management, and organizational skills; positive and energetic attitude.
• Able to handle customer needs quickly and work in a busy environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and public holidays; able to obtain required location licenses and certificates.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.

Compensation

• Full-time role with a monthly all-in package of QAR 12,000–16,000.
• Package includes housing and transport allowances, private medical insurance for the employee, annual flight home, 21 calendar days of annual leave, and 11 paid public holidays.

Workplace

• Doha location; work is in person.
