DiseñoStairs is a specialist staircase design and installation company known for delivering premium, custom-crafted staircases across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

As we grow our presence in Dubai, we're looking for a driven and polished leader to own our operations on the ground.

About the position

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on being the face of a brand and closing deals.

As General Manager of our Dubai location, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, architects, developers, and contractors — guiding projects from first conversation to signed contract, while keeping our technical operations running smoothly.

You'll work closely with our technical team to coordinate site visits, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure every client interaction reflects the quality we stand for.

What you'll do

  • Sales & business development
  • Own the full sales cycle — from initial inquiry and site assessment to proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, interior designers, architects, and fit-out contractors across the UAE.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Dubai client base.
  • Prepare tailored quotes, presentations, and follow-ups that clearly communicate the value of our products.
  • Operations & coordination
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits and surveys with our technical team, ensuring smooth project handoffs.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between clients and our production/installation teams.
  • Monitor project timelines and client communications to keep expectations aligned at every stage.
  • Representing the brand
  • Serve as the face of DiseñoStairs in Dubai — attending industry events, showrooms, and client meetings with professionalism and confidence.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to advise clients with authority and accuracy.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior leadership.
  • What we're looking for
  • 3–7 years of experience in a sales, business development, or client-facing management role — ideally in construction, fit-out, interiors, or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to read a room and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; existing network in the UAE market is a strong advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Arabic speaking is strongly preferred
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
