Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager based in Dubai.
The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategic plans, and ensure the successful execution of company projects.
Responsibilities will include managing diverse teams, optimizing business performance, building client relationships, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs across all engineering and consultancy services.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Experience in engineering consultancy, project management, and handling multi-disciplinary teams
- Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of modern engineering tools, advanced methodologies, and regulatory compliance in the UAE
- Solid understanding of the architectural, structural, and engineering consultancy fields
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in senior management or a leadership role within a similar industry
