Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The General Manager will oversee strategic planning and operational management, ensuring business goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
include supervising daily operations, developing business strategies, improving operational procedures, managing budgets, leading and motivating teams, and fostering strong client relationships.
The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing business performance, and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Strategic planning, operational management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and team relationships
- Knowledge of market trends and the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Proficiency in business-related software applications
- Experience in the furniture, flooring, or workplace solutions industry is a significant advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of business success
