General Manager - Aluminium Fabrication Shop

Key Responsibilities

• *- Candidate should be in UAE.*
• *- Construction background required.*
• **Operational Leadership:** Oversee daily factory operations, including production scheduling, machine utilization (cutting, milling, punching), assembly, and finishing processes.
• **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute business plans to expand market presence, enhance product offerings, and improve production efficiency.
• **Quality & Safety Control:** Ensure all finished products meet industry quality standards and that the shop adheres to safety regulations (HSE).
• **Financial Management:** Manage P&L, set operational budgets, oversee material procurement, control waste, and ensure profitability.
• **Team Management & Development:** Lead, train, and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and factory workers, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• **Client & Project Management:** Cultivate strong client relationships, manage technical requirements, and ensure on-time delivery of projects.
• **Technical Oversight:** Collaborate with design/engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and improve product design for manufacturability.
