Role overview
Lead the growth of Khansaheb Bespoke Contracting’s high-end luxury villa, mansion, palace, and hospitality construction business in the UAE.
This strategic leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and is accountable for business results and project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Translate the shareholder vision into sustainable business results.
- Strengthen the company’s market position and deliver operational excellence.
- Ensure exceptional project quality, precision, and craftsmanship.
- Build high-performing teams and support business growth.
Candidate requirements
- Bring 25+ years of progressive construction experience and at least 10 years leading a business unit.
- Have extensive UAE leadership experience and proven expertise in high-end villa or hospitality construction with world-class finishes.
- Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen and a successful record of business growth, operational excellence, and team building.
- Hold a Civil Engineering degree. A postgraduate business qualification is preferred.
