General Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a premier commercial shopping center in the Kenwood, Ohio area.
This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maintaining the facility, ensuring a safe and attractive environment for tenants and visitors, and supervising a Maintenance Technician.
The ideal candidate will possess strong general maintenance knowledge across multiple building systems, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have prior supervisory experience.
This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide weekend and emergency coverage as needed.
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
