Daily Tasks
- Monitor the operation of electrical systems and fittings (lighting, switches, sockets).
- Check water pressure and ensure proper functioning of pumps and tanks.
- Handle minor repairs immediately (switch replacement, water leakage, minor clogs).
- Inspect air conditioning units and ensure filters are clean and operating efficiently.
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from villa residents.

- Perform routine inspection of all electrical connections and circuit breaker panels.
- Clean and maintain the plumbing and drainage system to avoid blockages.
- Check kitchen and bathroom equipment, including maintenance of water heaters.
