Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general labor tasks such as lifting, moving, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist Team Leader in routine maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or irregularities.
- Support site preparation, basic cleaning, and waste disposal tasks.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment as instructed.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Minimum Requirements
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and extended hours based on operational needs.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively with a multicultural team.
- Previous experience in general labour, facility support, or similar roles is an advantage.
- Must hold a valid UAE visa or be eligible for company sponsorship.
