Role overview

Responsibilities

• Hand-pick and pack customer orders for shipment; assemble packaging to customer specifications and packing slips.
• Meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards and following work procedures.
• Keep the workplace safe and clean; comply with environmental, health, safety, quality, security, HR, and company policies.
• Order boxes, tape, labels, and other supplies.
• Participate in continuous improvement, report injuries and hazards, and work according to the company code of ethics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• English reading, writing, and speaking skills sufficient to follow instructions, complete paperwork, requisition materials, and follow safety processes.
• Attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and with a team; able to push and pull products and lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
• Flexible, quality-driven, and available for overtime as required.

Shift

• Available shift: 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Overtime may be required.

Pay

• Hourly rate is $18.50, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity.
