General Laborer

The General Laborer supports day-to-day facility and grounds needs through a variety of hands-on tasks, including general cleanup, material handling, and basic labor support as assigned.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, adaptable, and willing to assist with changing priorities in a team-oriented environment.

Scheduling for this position is flexible based on business needs.

• Perform general facility and grounds support tasks as assigned.
• Assist with cleanup, organization, and maintenance of work areas.
• Move, load, unload, and organize materials, supplies, or equipment.
• Support basic labor needs for site upkeep and daily operations.
• Follow instructions, safety procedures, and company standards while completing assigned work.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed.

• Ability to perform physical labor in a facility and grounds environment.
• Willingness to assist with a variety of tasks, including cleanup and material handling.
• Dependable attendance and ability to follow direction.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and flexibility to support changing daily needs.
• Prior general labor, maintenance, or grounds experience is helpful but not required.
