Qualifications

  • Valid Class 5 driver's license – preferably with a car;
  • Must speak French fluently
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Able to climb and work at least 2 feet above the ground
  • Able to wear personal protective equipment, including respirators
  • 2 years of experience in industry, construction, or general labor preferred.
  • Flexible to work schedule (Monday through Sunday)
  • Available to work on call, including weekends.
  • Have a basic knowledge of spoken and written English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that health and safety remain a priority, in compliance with rules and policies.
  • Operate machinery such as pressure washers, service vehicles with trailers, and vacuum hoses.
  • Operate equipment (pumps, vacuum cleaners, jackhammers, etc.).
  • Participate in emergency response operations.
  • Clean up hazardous waste.
  • Clean tanks and other confined spaces.
  • Decontaminate equipment.
  • Handle hazardous materials.

  • 2 years of experience in industry, construction, or general labor preferred.
