Job Description
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable **General Helper** to support our production plant and warehouse operations.
The candidate will assist in production activities, material handling, packing, and delivery support while ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in general production activities within the plant.
- Perform packing, labeling, and preparation of products.
- Carry out order picking and stock movement activities.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Support plant machinery operations and production line activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of plant facilities and work areas.
- Coordinate with supervisors, inventory, and delivery teams when required.
- Provide assistance in delivery operations.
Requirements
- Basic education with the ability to communicate in **English and Hindi**.
- Previous experience in a food industry or production plant will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
- Physically fit to perform labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to follow company rules, safety procedures, and shift schedules.
