The Foreman is the on-site supervisor of construction workers and technicians.
Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise daily work on site.
- Manage workers, including carpenters, masons, and steel fixers.
- Ensure work follows drawings and instructions.
- Distribute tasks and control manpower.
- Check practical workmanship quality.
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure safety rules are followed.
- Report progress and problems to the Site Engineer.
Preference
- A driving licence is preferred.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
