General Foreman

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to supervise and coordinate site activities for interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of UAE regulations, site practices, and high-end finishing works, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fit-out and interior works

At least 2–3 years of UAE experience is mandatory

Strong knowledge of joinery, gypsum, flooring, ceiling, MEP coordination, and finishes

Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical drawings

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Familiarity with Dubai Municipality and safety regulations

Diploma or relevant technical qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site operations for fit-out works

Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and timelines

Monitor material usage and site resources efficiently

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and UAE regulations

Resolve on-site issues and provide practical solutions

Track project progress and report to management

Ensure proper installation of finishes (carpentry, painting, ceilings, flooring, etc.)

Maintain site discipline and productivity

ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مراقب أعمال تشطيبات ذو خبرة للإشراف على أعمال التنفيذ في مواقع المشاريع الداخلية (Fit-Out). يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة قوية في سوق الإمارات ومعرفة كاملة بأعمال التشطيبات الفاخرة، مع القدرة على تسليم المشاريع ضمن الوقت المحدد وبأعلى جودة.

المتطلبات:

خبرة لا تقل عن 5 إلى 8 سنوات في مجال التشطيبات والديكور الداخلي

خبرة داخل دولة الإمارات لا تقل عن 2 إلى 3 سنوات (شرط أساسي)

معرفة جيدة بأعمال النجارة، الجبس بورد، الأرضيات، الأسقف، تنسيق أعمال MEP، والتشطيبات

القدرة على قراءة وفهم المخططات التنفيذية (Shop Drawings)

إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية (اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية)

مهارات قيادية قوية وقدرة على إدارة فرق العمل

الإلمام بأنظمة بلدية دبي ومتطلبات السلامة

يفضل وجود مؤهل دبلوم أو شهادة فنية

المهام والمسؤوليات:

الإشراف على أعمال الموقع اليومية لمشاريع التشطيبات

إدارة وتنسيق العمال والمقاولين الفرعيين والموردين

التأكد من تنفيذ الأعمال حسب المخططات والمواصفات والجداول الزمنية

متابعة استخدام المواد والموارد في الموقع بكفاءة

إجراء فحوصات دورية لضمان جودة التنفيذ

التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين والمصممين

الالتزام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة وأنظمة الإمارات

حل المشكلات في الموقع وتقديم حلول عملية

متابعة تقدم العمل ورفع التقارير للإدارة

التأكد من تنفيذ أعمال التشطيب بدقة (نجارة، دهان، أسقف، أرضيات، وغيرها)

الحفاظ على انضباط وإنتاجية فريق العمل

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
