Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and schedules with Minimum 5 years construction experience
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and manage foremen and workforce.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works.
- Monitor work progress and productivity to meet project schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and site procedures.
- Report site progress and issues to project management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in contracting or construction projects. (site/road works)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site operations.
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
