Qualifications
- Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Civil or Construction-related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction, including at least 3 years in supervisory or foreman role
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
Responsibilities
- Train and develop junior staff members.
- Coordinate with planner and schedule work for multiple construction crews.
- Monitor progress and quality of work across different areas.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise between crews of different trades.
- Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders.
- Enforce and communicate safety measures and quality control procedures to subordinates.
- Prepare and submit site activities progress reports to Project Management.
- Assists engineers in the technical evaluation of workers on site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred
