General Dentist (Root Canal Specialist) & Interim Medical Director

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Clinical Duties

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of general dental cases
• Perform high-quality Root Canal Treatments (anterior, premolar, molar cases)
• Manage restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatments
• Develop and execute comprehensive patient treatment plans
• Maintain strict sterilization, infection control, and DHA compliance standards
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation and records

Endodontic Expertise

• Independently manage routine and moderately complex RCT cases
• Handle retreatments and endodontic complications when required
• Ensure predictable, high-quality treatment outcomes
• Refer complex surgical cases when necessary

Interim Medical Director Responsibilities

• Supervise daily clinical operations and ensure treatment quality standards
• Oversee compliance with DHA regulations and internal clinic protocols
• Support clinical onboarding and mentoring of dental staff
• Review treatment plans and clinical documentation for quality assurance
• Act as escalation point for clinical cases and patient concerns
• Collaborate with management to improve patient experience and clinic efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS or equivalent)
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to practice in Dubai
• Strong experience in General Dentistry and Root Canal Treatments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Strong communication and patient handling skills
• Ability to work on
• own visa (mandatory)
• Fully commission-based work arrangement acceptance (no fixed salary)
• Professional, ethical, and patient-focused approach

Compensation Structure

• **100% Commission-based earnings per treatment/procedure**
• High earning potential based on patient volume and case acceptance
• Transparent and agreed-upon commission percentages per treatment category
• No fixed basic salary or retainer
