Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a General Counsel to work on a contract basis.

In this role, you will apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

This fellowship simulates real-world contract negotiation scenarios used to train advanced AI models, and your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform simulated contract negotiations and redlining exercises, evaluating AI-generated suggestions for accuracy, risk identification, and legal soundness.
  • Review and assess AI responses to contract scenarios, providing expert feedback to improve model performance and output precision.
  • Collaborate with Crosby's product and research teams to refine training data, annotation guidelines, and best practices for AI-driven contract review.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of AI-driven contract review and negotiation processes.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in contract review, negotiation, and drafting, with a focus on technology and AI-driven projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks associated with AI-driven contract review.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing AI-driven contract review and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in contract review and negotiation tools, with a strong understanding of AI-driven contract review processes.
