General Claims Specialist,

• The position entails the following responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with insurance providers and loss adjustors.
• Resolving claims efficiently and escalating issues when needed.
• Liaising with insurance companies to maintain agreed service levels and resolve pending cases.
• Reassessing rejected claims to identify eligibility and completeness of file.
• Adhering to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards set by the company.

• You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:
• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience in General claims processing.
• Strong knowledge in General insurance policies, coverage, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of the regulatory framework for the insurance sector set by the authorities in Qatar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
