We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
The General Chef must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with KSA standards.
All nationalities are welcome to apply.
Saudi residency is mandatory.

- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and kitchen standards.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
- Follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
- Monitor ingredient usage, control food waste, and support inventory management.
- Ensure kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are clean and well maintained.
- Support senior chefs and kitchen team during peak hours and busy service periods.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
- Assist with special menus, events, and bulk food preparation when required.

- Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
- Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
