Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general carpentry works, including installation, repair, and maintenance of wooden structures and fixtures.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and other materials according to project requirements.
• Repair doors, cabinets, partitions, furniture, locks, frames, and other carpentry-related items.
• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and work instructions.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works as assigned.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and site teams to complete assigned tasks.
• Report material requirements and maintenance issues promptly.

& Skills

• High School Certificate, ITI, Trade Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Carpentry.
• Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, fit-out, maintenance, or construction projects.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of carpentry materials, measurements, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Good attention to detail and workmanship quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in facility management, maintenance, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Knowledge of furniture repair and interior finishing works.
• Familiarity with workplace health and safety requirements.
