Qualifications
- Licensed Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Florida Board of Medicine obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Board eligibility/certification in medical specialty required.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
Responsibilities
- Join a team of 13 physicians and 14 APPs
- Practice setting: mix of outpatient clinic and occasional inpatient rounding with APP support
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Facilitate practice growth and quality care
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a highly efficient practice model
- Level III Imaging certified (strongly preferred)

566 bed Level I Trauma Center (Part of a robust clinical network with our sister facilities in Destin, Panama City, and Port St. Joe, FL)

Sacred Heart offers the region’s only kidney transplant program, as well as physician residency programs to train the next generation of doctors in internal medicine, pediatrics, and obstetrics/gynecology.
