Responsibilities And Duties
- Record daily entries, review them, and ensure their accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
- Monitor contracts, loans, and operating expenses.
- Issue invoices and track collections and payments.
- Prepare periodic financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax and zakat regulations and coordinate with relevant authorities.
- Prepare financial data for external audits.
- Calculate and monitor food and beverage costs.
- Analyze waste ratios and operational variances.
- Track inventory levels and reconcile with the system.
- Regularly update and maintain fixed asset costs.
- Prepare profitability reports for branches and departments.
- Monitor raw material consumption and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting.
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food and beverage sector is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Good knowledge of accounting systems and inventory management systems.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial and operational reports.
