General Accountant

We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of

with the following responsibilities:

Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P), including customer collections and supplier payments.

2.

Record daily accounting transactions and prepare journal entries for general expenses, accruals, and prepaid expenses.

3.

Maintain and reconcile petty cash, employee advances, and company custodies, ensuring timely settlement and accurate posting.

4.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash and bank records.

5.

Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of financial reports.

6.

Maintain accurate records within the ERP system and ensure compliance with company policies, VAT requirements, and accounting standards.

1.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2.

Minimum 2 years of experience in General Accounting.

3.

with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is an advantage.

4.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook

5.

Good understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Petty Cash, Prepaid Expenses, and Custody Accounts.

6.

Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

7.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

8.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
