Key Responsibilities
- Record, review, and maintain daily accounting entries and transactions.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform bank reconciliations and account balance reviews.
- Prepare and analyze product and recipe costing (Recipe Costing).
- Monitor raw material costs, wastage, and cost variances.
- Manage inventory control processes, periodic stock counts, and inventory reconciliations.
- Generate financial and operational reports to support management decision-making.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate financial records and extract reports.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
& Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting within the restaurant, café, or food & beverage sector.
- Strong knowledge of Cost Control and Recipe Costing.
- Experience in inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems; experience with Odoo is highly preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Sudanese nationality preferred.
- Valid transferable residency (Iqama) in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
