General Accountant

About This Role

Job responsibilities:

A: Accountant:

1. Inventory Management

--Check product inventory including the office(every week) and warehouse(every month) and manage it through the zoho system inventory;

2. Pay the company expenses;

3. Record all the debit and credit activity in the company.

4. Tax Filling Support.

5. Payroll for all the colleagues.

6. Documents form which comes from the government.

B.Sales Support:

1.Using Zoho sytetm to prepare quotation, invoices,and prepare for delivery;

2. Follow up whether the customer has received the goods and maintain the relationship with the customer;

4. Pay attention to the working status of office sales staff;

C.Administration:

1. Recruit office staff through indeed or other channels(HR);

2.Make sure the office in good supply

3.Exhibition support.

Job requirements

1. College degree or above, familiar with office software (Excel, Zoho, etc.)，Familiar with UAE accounting and tax

2. 1 year or more of product inventory management experience;If you have not worked as an accountant in the UAE, do not submit your resume

3. Fluent in spoken English, strong in written skills, fast in English and typing, team spirit, strong sense of service;

4. Work conscientiously and responsibly, be careful and down-to-earth, be proactive, have strong communication skills, good language expression skills, and be able to flexibly solve office administrative problems.
