Mega Plex Furniture and Trading LLC is seeking an accountant for its Accounts Department in Dubai.
The role handles daily accounting operations and requires UAE accounting experience, Tally, and Excel skills.
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting transactions and journal entries; maintain financial records and documents.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable; perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate balances.
- Record purchases, sales, expenses, receipts, and payments in Tally.
- Prepare financial statements and Excel-based reports; monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Assist with VAT documentation and accounting requirements.
- Organize financial documents and maintain information accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support management with accounting and financial reporting.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
- Good practical knowledge of Tally accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Basic knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy; good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting responsibilities.
- Current UAE residence is preferred.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 3,900–4,000.
- Company-provided employment visa and medical insurance.
- Other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law and company policy.

- Work is in person in Dubai, UAE.
