The AWS Engineer will be responsible for managing and monitoring VPCs within the VICCS Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP).
Required Skills And Experience
- 7+ years of recent hands-on experience with Appian BPM
- Strong Experience in leveraging AWS tools and services to support the management of VPCs on complex platforms
- Familiarity with cognitive, automation, and related emerging technologies and techniques
- Broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
- Ability to understand and communicate the concepts of the solution. This includes network requirements, event monitoring solution, ticketing system and the associated integration bridges between those systems
- Familiar with business designs: business models, functions, processes, job roles and customer interactions as well as how they are impacted by digitization, AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
- AWS Certification is required
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with Public Sector Clients
- General knowledge and experience with leading automation software products
