About This Role

Overview

We are looking for a GCC Growth & Partnerships Lead to work with us across Accepire and AxiomFlow.

Accepire is a custom software and cloud engineering company helping businesses build reliable digital systems using custom software development, .NET, Azure, AI integration, automation, and cloud solutions.

AxiomFlow is our sustainability technology product helping hotels and businesses replace manual ESG and recycling tracking with AI-powered waste classification, QR-based traceability, and blockchain-verified certificates that auditors can trust.

We are now looking for someone who can help us grow in the GCC market.

Type: Fractional / Contract / Co-founder-track

  • Market: UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait
  • Focus: B2B growth, partnerships, pilots, and revenue
  • What we need:
  • Someone who understands GCC business culture
  • Someone who can open real conversations, not just share advice
  • Someone with experience in B2B sales, partnerships, SaaS, software services, hospitality, ESG, sustainability, or digital transformation
  • Someone who can help us reach hotels, SMEs, agencies, consultants, waste collectors, recyclers, and sustainability stakeholders
  • Someone who can build a qualified pipeline and turn conversations into pilots, partnerships, and revenue
  • For Accepire, the focus will be on:
  • Custom software development
  • Cloud solutions and Azure engineering
  • AI integration and automation
  • Technical audits and modernization
  • Partnerships with agencies, consultants, and GCC businesses
  • For AxiomFlow, the focus will be on:
  • Hotel pilot opportunities
  • Sustainability and ESG partnerships
  • Waste collector and recycler onboarding
  • Hospitality group introductions
  • Audit-ready sustainability proof and recycling certificates
  • This is not a generic marketing role.
  • We are looking for someone who can create trust, build relationships, understand buyer needs, and help us move from conversations to signed opportunities.
  • Ideal background:
  • B2B sales or partnerships in GCC
  • Hospitality, ESG, software, SaaS, cloud, or consulting experience
  • Existing GCC network
  • Ability to reach decision-makers
  • Strong communication and follow-up discipline
  • Comfortable working with an early-stage founder-led company
  • The first 90 days will be focused on:
  • Qualified discovery calls
  • GCC pipeline building
  • Hotel and partnership conversations
  • Pilot opportunities for AxiomFlow
  • Service opportunities for Accepire
  • Real buyer feedback on positioning, pricing, and objections

Compensation

can be structured as retainer + commission + milestone bonuses.
