About This Role
Overview
We are looking for an experienced Gang Leader – Type A (Rigging) with hands-on experience in 11KV substation equipment shifting activities.
• High School / Trade Certificate
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rigging & substation equipment shifting
- Experience in loading, shifting & unloading substation equipment
- Ability to manage labor teams and coordinate site activities
- Knowledge of DEWA safety standards & OH&S procedures
- UAE Valid Driving License – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead rigging teams at site
- Ensure site safety and prevent damages/complaints
- Coordinate with contractors and supervisors
- Daily reporting of site progress
- Transport workers, tools, materials & safety equipment to site
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
