Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Assist customers with bowling, arcade games, pricing, and ongoing promotions
- Manage bookings, reservations, and lane allocations efficiently
- Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions accurately
- Monitor guest flow to ensure smooth operations in reception and arcade areas
- Host and coordinate birthday parties and events, ensuring a great guest experience
- Educate guests on game rules, safety procedures, and facility guidelines
- Perform basic troubleshooting of arcade machines and bowling lanes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and computer/POS knowledge
- Friendly, energetic, and presentable personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
