📊 Responsibilities
**System & Economy Design:**
Develop logical models for in‑game economies, balancing, and complex systems (Leveling, Crafting, Loot, Combat).
**Technical Documentation:**
Transform designs into detailed GDDs (Game Design Documents) understandable across all departments, and coordinate processes via ClickUp.
**Problem Solving:**
Create practical and creative solutions within engine limitations and performance constraints (memory, optimization, etc.).

**Technical Competence:**
Ability to foresee technical constraints of mechanics and act as a bridge with the development team.
**Data‑Driven Design:**
Analyze gameplay data to manage game balance and difficulty curves using data‑based methods.
**Systemic Perspective:**
Skill in structuring complex game loops and systems through mathematical and logical models.
