The Game Host is responsible for creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for guests while operating arcade games or attractions.
This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, assisting players, and ensuring all games run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a friendly and energetic attitude.
- Explain game rules, pricing, and how to play.
- Assist customers with game cards and gameplay.
- Ensure all games are functioning properly and report issues.
- Encourage guest participation and create an exciting atmosphere.
- Monitor the area to ensure safety and fairness during play.
- Handle customer questions and concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the game area.
- Support team members and follow instructions from supervisors.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Energetic, outgoing, and approachable personality.
- Ability to multitask and stay attentive in a fast-paced environment.
