Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position at our site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. You will onboard in an individual designed development program for 18 months, connected to specific projects and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person.

You have completed education in Economics, Business Administration or engineering (Graduated in 2025-2026)

You are fluent in English, written and spoken.

You have good communications skills, written and spoken.

You have a collaborative approach, building relations and networks comes natural to you. You enjoy working in an international environment.

You have analytical skills but are also business oriented.

Previous international studies and/or work experience are considered meritorious.

You have an innovative mindset; you are a fast thinker, and you like to solve problems.
