To succeed in this role, you need at least 5 years’ experience, with at least 1-2 years’ in a similar supervisory position or above.

You should have extensive background in a 5* luxury environment, whether it’s hotel-based operations or standalone reputable restaurant group.

Ability to oversee complex and fast paced operations while maintaining high levels of service delivery and colleague recognition is crucial in this role.
