Key responsibilities

• Analyze and document complex processes, workflows, controls, exceptions and user interactions; define target-state solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria and other requirements.
• Manage work across discovery, requirements, solution design, testing, implementation, training and post-launch enhancement.
• Coordinate POC, QA, UAT and production testing, implementation planning, rollout, user acceptance and global training.
• Collect post-launch feedback, investigate issues and root causes, and prioritize product improvements.
• Support selected AI-enabled workflows combining automation, data, business rules, AI capabilities and human review.

Skills required

• Strong knowledge of fund administration, including fund accounting, pricing, reconciliations, allocations, operational controls and related workflows.
