A fast-growing early-stage venture capital firm investing in US markets seeks an Investor Relations & Operations Manager.
The role works directly with founding partners and owns investor relations, LP servicing, and the firm's operational rhythm.

Investor and fund operations
- Serve as primary LP contact, resolve questions, and ensure accurate, prompt document delivery.
- Prepare quarterly fund updates and collect reporting from high-growth portfolio companies.
- Join LP calls with partners to review portfolio performance and new investments.
- Onboard LPs into SPVs and co-investment vehicles; manage Carta subscription documents from initial interest through deal closing.
- Coordinate annual LP KYC refreshes with the firm's provider and investors.
- Manage the Carta fund-administrator relationship and closely review its work for accuracy.
- Review K-1s and coordinate with CPAs and auditors through year-end.
- Manage banking and treasury operations across funds and SPVs.
- Maintain and organize the data room, LP records, and CRM.
- Coordinate annual meetings, LP dinners, conference attendance, and related travel.
- Build operational processes and documentation as the firm scales.
Candidate profile
- Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in fund administration, Big 4 audit covering asset managers, or a private equity/venture capital back-office role.
- Requires a working understanding of US GAAP or IFRS as applied to investment funds.
- Requires strong command of fund mechanics, capital accounts, management fees, and performance metrics.
- Requires exceptional writing skills for external firm communications.
- Requires comfort operating autonomously without rigid structure or daily supervision.
- Requires high discretion when handling confidential information.
- Must be based in the UAE.
- Requires a degree from a reputable Western university.
Hours and work environment
- Some flexibility is required for occasional late-evening calls or closing tasks from home because of international stakeholders across the US.
