Techno Q seeks a Product Specialist for Oracle NetSuite in its Business Solutions division.
The role supports implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization of NetSuite for clients, focused on Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM.

Implementation and functional support
- Participate in full-cycle implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and user training.
- Analyze and document client processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM to design NetSuite solutions.
- Configure General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Banking, Procurement, Inventory Management, and CRM modules.
- Implement multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and consolidation structures.
- Assist with data migration, master data setup, and project cutover.
System administration and technical work
- Administer system roles, permissions, and workflows.
- Design and maintain SuiteAnalytics workbooks, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Develop SuiteScript customizations, workflows, custom records, fields, and forms.
- Collaborate with developers on integrations with PMS, POS, HRMS, and external applications.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and implement relevant product updates and optimizations.
Training, coordination, and travel
- Conduct system demonstrations, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
- Advise clients on NetSuite best practices and coordinate with project managers and technical teams to deliver milestones.
- Travel to client sites within Qatar and abroad when required for implementation, training, or support.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.
- Four to seven years of Oracle NetSuite implementation, configuration, or support experience.
- Strong functional understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and CRM modules.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript 1.0/2.x, SuiteFlow workflows, SuiteAnalytics, and Saved Searches.
Preferred and advantageous experience
- Experience with other NetSuite modules and SuiteApps, including Fixed Assets, Advanced Financials, or industry-specific extensions, is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with API-based integrations and data import/export processes.
- Knowledge of or prior experience with Infor SunSystems is an added advantage.
- NetSuite ERP Consultant, Administrator, or SuiteFoundation certifications are preferred.
