Accountabilities
- Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from analysis and design through support.
- Develop new product functionalities primarily with Java and React-based technologies.
- Build and maintain scalable applications using microservices architecture principles.
- Create maintainable solutions using clean code and software engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders within Scrum teams.
- Contribute to technical decisions and propose product, process, and development improvements.
- Use CI/CD, cloud technologies, version control, and automated quality processes.
- Continuously learn and explore technologies that improve products and solutions.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Java 8/11 and strong knowledge of Spring or Spring Boot.
- Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Understanding of modern software development principles, microservices architecture, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with relational or non-relational databases and modern development tools is advantageous.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred.
- Communicative English skills for international collaboration.
- Strong ownership, independence, initiative, and confidence proposing and implementing solutions.
- Enthusiasm for quickly learning new technologies.
- Collaborative mindset focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
